Cancellations
Cancel any order free of charge before it ships by contacting us at hello@whiskerwood.shop or +1 (555) 234-7890. Once shipped, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies instead.
Returns & refunds
If your pet does not love their food, tell us within 30 days for a full refund — no return shipping, no interrogation. Damaged arrivals are replaced or refunded immediately with a photo of the box.
